Routine

Hey guys, I’ve got another work-out look for you today. I snagged these pants in store from Lulu on sale and they actually have them on sale online now so act fast if you do like them! I swear I always miss out on their sale items because they sell out pretty quick, so don’t be like that and jump on them quick!
Okay so I have gotten some questions about my workout routine, diet, and all that jazz. So I went through a phase after I had Hanes that I had absolutely no desire to work-out. After I had Arrow I decided that I wanted to get my butt back in shape, and take care of myself again. It’s not like I was feeling awful about myself, I just knew I could feel better, and what better time than now. I almost always work-out 6 days a week and take Sunday as my day of rest. I try to get to the gym every day, but if I don’t, I get a work-out in at home. I lift weights and do cardio 4 or 5 days a week, kickboxing once a week, and I try to take yoga once a week as well. For some crazy reason I am not a huge fan of classes (partially because I haven’t taken a ton), but I have loved kickboxing and I of course love yoga. I think part of the reason why I would rather work out on my own and not take a class is because I danced my entire life. That means I took classes at least 3 or 4 days for most of my teenage years. It’s almost like I need to just do something on my own now and not have a teacher, for some reason I just prefer the time on my own. Anyway, I hope this helps and I will make sure to chat more about what my work-out routines are in the future.
