Hair Care Secrets & NuMe Giveaway

I have had a bunch of requests to do a post of hair care and what I to do take care of my hair! I am no expert but I will tell you my routine and what I have found to work! I hope you enjoy and make sure you continue reading the post for a HUGE giveaway!

Take Biotin Everyday, and any other daily vitamins.

Use a good shampoo & conditioner, here are my two favorites.

I try to use a a hydrating mask or renewal mask at least once a month.

Try not to blow dry too much but if you do make sure you are using a good blow dryer.

A couple more tips that I’m sure you have all heard before are…..

Be careful brushing your hair too rough.

Pick your hair out in the shower when conditioning it, it helps a ton.

Use a leave in conditioner if needed.

I know you may think it’s gross to not wash your hair everyday or every other day but it really is good for your hair!

When curling your hair try to not curl it everyday, fight through it and learn to love the messy curls!
Coconut Oil always helps!
