Liberty London

Happy Tuesday people! Today is a beautiful day and I hope that you each and every one of you have the strength and energy to go out and follow your dreams this day and make the most of it! As you may know, Brod and I had the chance to go to London this past week and it was absolutely lovely. I had been there before (went a couple of years ago with Brod, his brother Ladd, and my best friend/Ladd’s wife, Meg), and I loved it then, but wow I love the amazing city of London even more now. London kind of holds a special place in our family because that is where Brody lived for two years of his life while he was serving as a missionary, so he really, really loves London, and England in general. So for us being back in London was such a great experience and we were extra giddy to be there. We went out there for the re-opening of the Pixi Beauty store and spent time with their team exploring the city, eating at the some of the coolest restaurants I have ever been to, and learning more about their fantastic products. Our first day there we wandered the streets of an area known as Mayfair and then spent the afternoon at a store known as Liberty, near historic Carnaby Street. Let me just tell you that this store (you can’t even call it a store, it’s more of an magical experience) is the most amazing store I have ever set foot in. I tried to include some pictures in the post that would help to capture what this Liberty was like, but I don’t think they will do it justice. Anything and everything you can think of from clothing, to home goods, shoes, beauty products, and more, they had! And they had such a perfect mix of high end products and more affordable everyday products. Brod and I were honestly astounded at how awesome this place was. We laughed and said they we could have spent all day just inside the store and never got bored. It was cool to hear the history of the store too, it was made out of two old ships, and is known for treating their customers like family no matter what. We definitely felt that while we were there touring the place and I really can’t say enough about how much I loved it. Liberty will for sure be a stop for me in London every single time I am there! For those of you that are traveling across the pond soon or in the future, make sure and take the time to visit Liberty and Carnaby Street as well. I am also wearing one of my absolute favorite new handbags…my new Chloe handbag. Farfetch has a killer collection of Chloe handbags and I am obsessed with every little detail of this bag, it will definitely be my new go-to bag of the season! Thanks FarFetch for the amazing gift!! Hope you all have a fantastic Tuesday, thanks for your support! I love you all!
