Athletic Anywhere

Hello loves. I hope this post finds each of you happy and well. Today’s post features a look from Kohl’s, one of my go-to spots for active wear and athletic gear. As I have mentioned before, their selection of brands is fantastic and the variety of different types of active wear makes it easy to find what I am looking for. And all at great price points.

For this particular look, I went with a bunch of pieces of from Puma…my shoes, bottoms, and jacket are all Puma, and my sports bra is Adidas. I love the color combo of this look, it’s a little darker toned than I normally wear with the black and dark greens, but I like the way it turned out. With the weather moving into colder temperatures now that winter has arrived, layering becomes key. Jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts all become a vital part to the daily workout outfit as I leave the house and head to the gym. Staying bundled up on the outside, while having the right pieces on underneath to be ready for my workout is my philosophy to layering. Depending on the weather, sometimes I will layer two to three layers deep, it all depends on how cold it is and how big of a hurry I am in that morning haha! Taking your look from your house to the gym and everything in between is so important to me, because that is what my day consists of. Some days I am running the boys to school, hitting the gym quick, and then buzzing around town to take care of errands, attend meetings, etc…so having an active wear look that I am comfortable in and fits the routine of my day is just what I need. And they are on point from an athleisure perspective as well! Kohl’s continues to have the options and products that help me get ready each day as I progress in fitness and wellness journey.
