Hey gang. Happy Tuesday to each of you. So, you know how some days, let’s say you have been to the gym and running errands or out working in the yard and you need a bit of freshening up? A quick shower, some time in the powder room, a wash of your face….we have all needed that from time to time right?! Well, here is the thing…sometimes rooms within our homes need that too. And I decided a bit ago that our front office area was one of those rooms that needed “a quick shower.” Here’s the beauty of freshening up a room, you don’t have to change the entire thing, mixing in few new items can do the trick. For our office, I simply changed the rug (brought in this pink beauty from Lulu and Georgia, it is linked below), added some pink accent pieces that were not there before, and freshened up the decor on the shelves. Small and simple things can bring about great things…even when it comes to home decor. I loved the way it turned out, the room feels brighter, fresh, and I don’t know how to describe it, but our office feels a little happier than before.
