Hey guys! Happy Friday! Today’s post is something I am so excited to share with you, because I have received questions regarding what today’s post entails. As you may know, fitness and staying active is a big part of my lifestyle and something I try to include in my daily routine at all times. However, having said that, sometimes life gets crazy busy and my schedule can get hectic so I don’t always have time to get to the gym, or if I do go the gym, I don’t always have the time there to get done everything I would like to. So, at times, my house becomes my place to workout. Our living room, our hallway, my basement, and even sometimes our garage become the gym away from the gym haha!
