Hello loves.
It’s Tuesday and I hope this post finds each of you happy and well. Today’s post is all about my baby boy Arrow, the now little 4-year old who is no longer a baby and who is about to become a big brother. As I sit and look at these pictures it is hard to believe how fast the past 4 years have gone. It makes me so happy to see what an amazing little man this dude has become. It’s quite bittersweet though as well, because I remember when he was my little baby boy and now he is starting his second year of pre-school and learning so much and growing up! I know I say it all the time, but I am reminded daily right now how important every single day we have to live and enjoy is. Brod has been quoting the late Craig Sager lately, and one thing he said just before he passed away has really hit me hard this week, and that is when he said,” time is simply how you live your life.” I love that so much and it motivates me each and everyday to live my life in a way that my boys can always be proud of me as their mom. It also reminds me to savor each moment with them and to celebrate their victories, to cry with them, laugh with them, and simply experience life to it’s fullest with them. If time is indeed how you live your life, then I want my time to be defined by loving and caring for those I love most and to teach my boys and baby girl to come to dream big and chase those dreams everyday. I want them to live and treat every day as the special occasion that it is, and I want them to let their spirits shine.
Ok I am rambling now, but if there is anything to take away from today’s post, other than these beautiful moments that Brod captured of Arrow and I, I hope that you take from this post a reminder of the value of time. And to make the most of every single day! I love you all and thank you for taking the time to read and share your time with me! Happy Tuesday to each of you!
What a cutie!
