Layer Up

Hello loves. Happy Friday to each of you!! So one of my favorite parts of dressing for colder weather is that it allows for the use of layers! I have said this before, but I love, love, love layers and use it as a technique in dressing for Fall and Winter all season long. Today’s post is no exception. I have partnered with Walmart.com which to be honest, is a kind of flying under the radar when it comes to women’s fashion, but is an amazing place to find women’s apparel and accessories that are on trend, and fit budgets of every kind. An example of a look that you can find from Walmart.com is featured below and I particularly love the layering pieces. The sweater, from the brand Lord & Taylor (one of the many premium brands carried by Walmart) is a perfect layering piece that is easy to pair and keeps you warm and cozy at the same time. I love the simple color as it lends itself to working well with other jackets, scarves, or coats that might have a more definitive pattern or design. Another piece that is easy to pair and one that I love mixing in with various outfits is the scarf. It’s a detail piece that adds flair, style, and class to any look and a scarf is one of my must use accessories for the Fall and Winter!
