Hey gang. Just wanted quick intro on who I am and what this platform is all about. My name is Cara Loren Van Brocklin. I am 27 years old and I was born and raised in the great state of Utah. I married the love of my life, Brody Van Brocklin (more of our story on how we met found here), on June 19th, 2009, in the Salt Lake Temple (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). We have two beautiful boys, Hanes (6), and Arrow (3), and family is simply everything to us.

I created this space/platform about 5 years ago as a place that I could share my passions with the world. First and foremost, I blog because I love it and I love having this outlet as a way to share my thoughts, ideas, passions with all of you. Brod and I have since turned the caraloren.com platform into not only a creative outlet and platform, but a brand and business. We also launched caralorenshop about 2 years ago and will continue to bring you new products/content there too! I hope each of you enjoy the experience we are trying to give you by coming here to caraloren.com, and I will continue to try and bring you everything I can in the fashion, fitness, beauty, and lifestyle (travel, home decor) spaces that I find interesting and experience.
