Sunshine

Good morning loves. It’s Monday and it’s a beautiful day. So, today is all about the eclipse and I want to keep it that way because certain things only happen once in a lifetime and this is one of them. So I will keep it short and sweet today and in honor of the eclipse, talk a little bit about something that my family and I love. Sunshine.

We love the sunshine. We love it so much. It makes us smile. It really does and we love hanging in the sun, whether it be swimming, chilling at the beach, playing avengers/ninjas with the boys, or having races. You name it, if it’s in the sunshine, we are down and loving it.

One of our favorite parts of the trip to Marco Island was spending the afternoons and evenings on the beach and this huge grassy area they have on one side of the JW Marriott. The boys raced and ran around and the weather was so lovely at this time of day, not too hot, the sun still shining, and really kind of perfect. We hung out each day in this same spot for an hour or so and just enjoyed life. Enjoyed the moment. Enjoyed each other. I am so thankful for life and for every single day I have to spend with my family and those I love. As we begin a new week, I hope I can live better this week, try harder to be more kind and to spread good wherever I can. I want to live in the present more than I have before and take time to squeeze the most life I can out of each day. I hope you guys can all do the same!
