Yay! It’s a new week! Yay! I love saying Yay! Haha jk, I am just saying that because I love, love, love this new top that launched last week on caralorenshop! This, and a couple other super cute new tops all launched last week, so if you haven’t had the chance to check them out…then do it! They are going to go fast!
It’s Monday today, and we are feeling recharged and ready to go after a weekend with the fam. I mentioned this on IG, but it was so great for me to be able to unplug and kind of reset my focus for the weekend, and now I am feeling rejuvenated and motivated to begin a fresh new week. This weekend reminded me how important it is to unplug sometimes and get your mind and body in the right place. Thinking about what matters most, and what matters next, and next, and next is a habit I want to make sure that I am consistently practicing. Aligning my values and thoughts and actions is something that I need to be reflecting on day in and day out, week after week. This will allow me to make adjustments and changes that I need to in order to become the person I want to be, and to see the progress in who I am that I am striving for! So yeah, I would say to all of you…take the time to recharge, reset, unplug, evaluate, reflect, and set your goals and expectations! And do it daily if possible, for sure weekly.
